Our Banquet Servers deliver outstanding service in a friendly, caring manner to provide a memorable experience at our amazing venues. They are responsible for the servicing of banquet events, set-up, and tear down of banquet facilities.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Prepares event space for service, including pulling, transporting, and placing of equipment.
  • Set guest tables appropriately with linen and place settings
  • Make, set-up, and transport beverages for events as needed.
  • Prepares cocktails, pours and mixes drinks quickly and accurately in a customer service-oriented manner.
  • Serve appetizers, meals, and beverages professionally; attend to buffets, clear tables, properly stack dishes and glassware on trays, and carry trays to breakdown area.
  • Maintains a clean and neat appearance of the event space. (Guest tables, food stations, tray jacks, and back of house area.)
  • Acts as a team player and provides expertise within the team and with other teams as appropriate.

Your Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Banquet or fine dining server experience required
  • 18 years or older

Special Skills

  • Must be able to work weekends and late nights
  • Ability to perform the physical work of serving large groups of people
